Oh, what a night! We extend our sincere thanks to everyone who attended our Song and Dance concert in Bangor yesterday evening. Your presence and support mean so much to us.

We are especially grateful to our incredible soprano soloist Rebecca Murphy for her exceptional performance and to guest conductor Paul McCusker for his leadership, professionalism and dedication. We sincerely hope that we will have an opportunity to work with them both again in the near future.

We are so lucky to have Zuzanna Edmonds as our professional leader and what a solo she played in Danse Macabre! Congratulations to all our players for your own contributions to a memorable night.

Our appreciation also goes to the committee whose tireless behind the scenes efforts ensured a smooth and successful event.

Our 2026-27 season will be very special as we will be celebrating the SSO's 80th anniversary! Our opening concert will be held on Saturday 17th October in RBAI so please save the date!
